Making It Happen!

AIDS New Brunswick is pleased to announce the launch of ‘New Brunswick Volunteers!’ a provincial web site dedicated to volunteerism–the first of its kind in Canada.

What makes this web site special? ‘New Brunswick Volunteers!’ is not only a site with information on volunteerism, but it is also a place to learn more about non-profit and voluntary organizations throughout the province, a place to find volunteer job openings in your region and a place to embrace New Brunswick’s spirit of kindness and giving.

Take a tour of the Virtual Volunteer Fair, learn more about trends like virtual volunteering and employer-supported volunteerism, celebrate the efforts of our Everyday Heroes, flip through the pages of our Scrapbook and don’t forget to give us your feedback!

Help us keep making it happen

The continued involvement of other voluntary organizations is key to the ongoing success of the site. Any organization interested in becoming involved with the site should contact AIDS New Brunswick at (506) 459-7518 or volsidaids@nb.aibn.com.

Organizations are encouraged to fill out the Voluntary Sector Survey prior to being profiled on the site. The Voluntary Sector Survey is a tool to gather information on organizations in New Brunswick and the results help to create and maintain information on the New Brunswick Volunteers! web site.
